Due to the personalized nature of our products:

Standard Orders: May be canceled/modified within 4 hours of purchase

Expedited Orders: Require cancellation within 1 hour of purchase

Cancellation Method: Email "Cancel Order #[Order Number]" to info@elfneon.com

Production Timeline

Manufacturing begins automatically after the cancellation window closes, Pre-approved designs cannot be canceled once selected, Refund processing: 8-10 business days after approval.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard Products:

21-day return window for defective items, Must include original packaging and tags

Custom Designs:

Not eligible for returns unless defective, Manufacturing defects qualify for repair/replacement

Important Exceptions

Shipping damage claims require unboxing video evidence, Lost packages verified by carrier will be replaced, Customizations cannot be altered post-production.
